Dolcetto d'Alba

Dolcetto is the most widely planted vine in the Langhe, producing an easy-drinking wine that goes well with food. For this reason, Dolcetto is much loved locally and now internationally. Our Dolcetto d’Alba is a deep ruby red, with purple tones. It has a fresh and intense bouquet with suggestions of cherry and plum. The taste is full, rounded and dry, with a slightly bitter finish.  This wine can be enjoyed in its youth, or else it can be matured for 2/3 years in order for its full bouquet and character to develop.
